Steve Gubner Selected to Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2023 “Top 100 Lawyers”

Steve was recognized for his reputation as the insolvency world’s “involuntary bankruptcy go-to lawyer. Steve’s profile also highlighted a recent win he obtained for his client, which directly led to the creation of a new law that prohibits its non-disclosure agreements obligations from being discharged in a bankruptcy.
