Steve Gubner Advises Stapleton Group in Seven Figure ABC Transaction

Steve Gubner successfully advised assignee David Stapleton of the Stapleton Group in an Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors (“ABC”) that occurred on November 30, 2012.  In a seven figure transaction, States Industries purchased all assets formally owned by Stapleton’s assignor Drawer Box Specialty, a fixture and drawer manufacturer.
