For over 20 years, Stuart has provided his clients, in both “big law” and in-house counsel settings, with corporate and business advice and legal services. Stuart has handled hundreds of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, company formations, joint ventures, investments, private placements, loans, software and trademark license agreements, as well as other commercial contracts. He also provides advice and counsel regarding business/legal issues, risk mitigation and form contracts.
