Nina Javan to Speak at San Fernando Valley Bar Association’s Bankruptcy Law Seminar

Nina Javan will be a speaker at an upcoming seminar hosted by the San Fernando Valley Bar Association’s (SFVBA) Bankruptcy Law Section. At the seminar, Javan and two other panelists will discuss bankruptcy cases filed under Chapters 7, 11, and 13, highlighting how and why to convert certain cases, how to plan assets and exemptions, and how to establish cooperation with trustees.
