Nick Rozansky Speaks to TheWrap on Weinstein, Trump, and NDAs

Nick Rozanksy recently spoke to Matt Donnelly at TheWrap about The Weinstein Company’s decision to release Harvey Weinstein’s accusers and witnesses from their nondisclosure agreements. Nick discussed the legal implications of the decision on the company and Harvey Weinstein as well as the precedents it might set for NDAs in general, including the ongoing Donald Trump and Stormy Daniels case.

Nick says of Weinstein, “On the criminal side, it’s hard to imagine that will be anything but harmful for him. Same thing on the bankruptcy side. All claims are helped by the gutting of these NDAs. It is a pretty big gesture by the Weinstein Company, assuming that it’s the holder of the rights of the NDA.”
