Jeffrey Kobulnick to Speak at INTA Brands and Innovation Conference, Annual Meeting

Jeffrey Kobulnick will be speaking at the INTA Brands and Innovation Conference in New York on March 19th and 20th. The session is titled “The Evolution of Brands: How Innovation Is Changing the Retail Landscape” and will cover the digital adaptations retailers are making, as well as IP protection and enforcement efforts. Additionally, Jeff will be moderating a Table Topic at the 2018 INTA Annual Meeting in Seattle in May. The talk is titled “Infringement or Parody? When Should U.S. Trademark Owners Sue?”
