BG Law Welcomes Three New Attorneys

BG Law is pleased to announce that Michele Seltzer, Glenn Fuller and Joseph Rothberg have joined the Firm.

Michele joins as a Partner and brings to the BG Law team a broad litigation background that includes representation of clients of all sizes from Fortune 100 and multi-national corporations to individual investors and small business owners.  She litigates on her clients’ behalf in State and Federal Court on disputes that include business and real estate litigation, as well as claims involving elder law, insurance litigation and product liability.  In addition, Michele provides General Counsel services to clients seeking to avert litigation through preventative strategies.

Glenn joins as a Partner, and his experience includes all aspects of corporate and real estate transactions including acquisition and disposition of businesses and assets.  He has represented various clients in construction financing and hotel development, resort financing and land development as well as office, retail and industrial development.  Glenn is a recognized expert in federal taxation issues related to real estate and is a frequent writer, commentator and speaker on current real estate, tax and corporate issues.  An authority in this area of law, he is the author of “Practitioner’s Guide to Federal Taxation of Real Estate.”

Joe, the firm’s newest associate, supports a number of the Firm’s attorneys on matters ranging from the representation of chapter 7 Trustees in both individual and corporate cases to high profile apparel industry matters.  Before joining BG Law, Joe worked on products liability and mass tort claims for a small Los Angeles Firm.
