BG Law to Represent Andari Fashion Inc. in American Apparel Bankruptcy

BG Law Partners Mark Brutzkus and Steve Gubner were recently retained to represent Andari Fashion Inc. in American Apparel’s widely publicized filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. BG Law will assist Andari in its position as a member of the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors, and will guide the company through the bankruptcy process, as well as the reorganization of the beleaguered retailer.
