BG Law Scores Success in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Proceeding

On behalf of its client, Chapter 7 Trustee Howard Grobstein, BG Law discovered that significant assets were not scheduled by a debtor in its Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceeding.  Once these facts were brought to the attention of the Trustee and BG Law, the firm was successful in reopening the bankruptcy case and vacating the dismissal in order to allow the Trustee to administer assets for the benefit of all creditors.
