BG Law Closes Multi-Million Client Transaction, Avoiding Bankruptcy and Saving Jobs

Steven Gubner, the Managing Partner of the firm and Racey Cohn, Partner recently closed a significant multi-million dollar transaction involving both debt acquisition and an equity investment.  The target company, a significant company in the souvenir apparel industry, was able to avoid a bankruptcy filing and as a result, over 100 employees were able to keep their jobs.
