BG Law Attorneys Present Apparel Industry Seminar at Loyola Law School
Mark Brutzkus, Alison Grabell and Racey Cohn were invited to present a seminar at Loyola Law School’s first intersession on January 8, 2013 in the “Contracts in the Creative Fields” course, focusing on contractual issues in the apparel industry relating to business organization, financing and factoring, and intellectual property. The presentation to second and third year students and practicing attorneys demonstrated the interrelatedness of these issues in drafting effective and enforceable documents to protect the integrity and assets, both tangible and intangible, of apparel businesses domestically and abroad.
Mark, Alison and Racey frequently provide their expertise to the firm’s apparel clients in a variety of transactions, including asset purchases and collateral assignments and security agreements.
