Alison Grabell to Speak at U.S. Trademark Office Comes to California Conference
Alison Grabell will speak on legal ethics in the practice of trademark law at the U.S. Trademark Office Comes to California conference in Los Angeles and San Francisco on April 14 and 16, 2013. The bi-annual conference, which brings the leadership of the U.S. Trademark Office to California, is a program of the Intellectual Property Law Section of the California State Bar. BG Law is also a conference sponsor. Alison’s topic is “The Ethical View: What’s Right, What’s Wrong, and How to Know the Difference.” She and a co-panelist will address potential ethical pitfalls in trademark practice, illustrated by a case study, and provide pointers on how to avoid becoming a case study.
