Susan Seflin and Jessica Bagdanov Present Webinar for ABA Business Law Section

On January 17, 2018, Susan Seflin and Jessica Bagdanov presented a webinar entitled “Speak on Small Business Debtor Provisions in Chapter 11 – What is working and what is not?” as part of the Small Business Committee of the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section. In the webinar, Susan, Jessica, and their colleagues discussed the effects of the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005, and how the provisions work both under law and in practice.
