Carolyn Smallwood Talks ALA Rebrand at ALA’s Chapter Leadership Institute

Carolyn Smallwood CLM, as Vice President of the Association of Legal Administrators (“ALA“) Greater Los Angeles Chapter, was invited to attend ALA’s Chapter Leadership Institute (CLI) from July 23-25, 2016, at the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Smallwood reported from Grand Rapids, “I’m honored and excited to be serving the second largest ALA chapter in the world and look forward to helping its members navigate through ALA’s extensive rebranding campaign to ‘LawVantage – Your business of law society.’ The leadership, mentoring and operations management skills we are taught here at CLI not only help my local chapter, but give my firm and its clients a competitive advantage.
